The tent is what I ordered. The color is vibrant and is close to my house and shop color. I bought the leg weights that Amazon recommended. I encountered a situation with wind that was not expected. The weights did hold in place but the tent was lifted off the ground with 30 lbs on each leg damaging the frame. I contacted customer support and they sent me two replacement legs. The only way to get the tent to seal and strengthen is to purchase a grommet gun with grommets. You first must apply duct tape on both sides of the fabric panel. You can get duct tape in an assortment of colors to match. The next thing to get are small ball bungees. You can make this thing as sturdy as you want. If the roof leaks anywhere, check with a seamstress for adding any reinforcements needed or iron on patches or just your duct tape. I have to say though all in all...... awesome customer service ? ? ?When I was purchased my 10 x 20 tent, I read all the reviews first so I was very aware of what I was getting. This is not an expensive heavy duty tent. If you plan on this tent holding up to heavy winds and rains, this is probably not what you want. Quictents advertises this as a temporary party tent. There are a lot of comments that the tent did and did not hold up. My tent did not completely hold up but I also trusted the weather person and did not think I was going to get hit with massively heavy rains and winds. Unfortunately, I had six bars buckle and a quarter of the tent collapsed. That was sad but reading the comments, I was aware it might happen. The day before my yard sale I saw weather might be sketchy so I went to store and purchased some extra rope and stakes and duct tape and was prepared for emergency repairs. I have another event in two weeks so the following business day, I contacted Qictents and they were quick to respond. I did not return the tent as I knew what I buying. I did purchase 6 replacement cross bar assemblies and Quictents was very fast to respond. I will update my review after my second event. However, as of now, I WOULD buy one of their tents again if I ever needed to.i put 3 easyups up on Thursday on Friday morning hand to repairer this one. The joint on the scissor arm brock replace bolt and nut. put back up . other 2 to still fine rained Friday night on Saturday morning this one was destroyed the arm broke top ripped. The other two still fine don't buy this brand. The others where a different brand . I am sending it back will up date with what the company does about it.the company contacted me and we where able to resole the problems they sent me i new canapé and it seems great know i am happyThis is by far the easiest canopy I have ever set up and it looks phenomenal. It's well built as well. The carry bag is a sturdy material. The only downside is about the same as any other canopy and that is that getting it all back in the bag is a chore.I used this canopy tent for keeping things dry during a yard sale. It worked great! The most important thing is to make sure you have it staked down very well.Got the ten a 10x20. It came in with bent poles and a ripped canopy. More on that later. As for the tent. Very cheap. There is a support in the vent which you will hit your head on, no way to raise the tent any higher, the tent wall are not great as there is no way to hold them down an keep wind or rain blowing in from the cracks, the window open from the inside and if you have a rain blow from the side rain will get in even if the windows are “closed” as it is only to zippers on the side and a open bottom for the flap. Now about customer service as I had already got different tent for my needs when finding out this one was messed up, contacted seller. Long story short is they keep giving me the run around offering $20, $40, $60, $80, refund plus the broken parts replacement. Told them each time didn’t want a part refund just a return with full refund. I got tired of this and went to Amazon where I was taken care of in one message.Save your self time and money and buy 2 10x10 at Walmart for half the price this is. And you will get better product and less headache from seller.I have a professional tent from getundercover.com for my business. I needed a smaller tent to put out back of the house for family events, so I purchased this tent. I should have gone back to getundercover.com to get my tent. This tent is something south of a joke. The frame is not bad. However, the canopy and sidewalls are a joke. The quality is on the same level as paper mache. The canopy is secured with the cheapest velcro they could find. I give it a couple of months before they wear out, less if you have to take it down & put it up more often.I wouldn't waste your money on this cheap imitation of a tentThere needs to be more thought into the design of the pop-up tent with regard to closing up gaps around the framing. It hasn’t rained yet but I cannot imagine that it’s going to be as waterproof as the seller claims.
