Generally, I don't buy blankets or sheets for my mare because I know from experience she is had on them but the flies this summer were awful. The good news: It was helpful in keeping the flies from biting and annoying her.She didn't have it ripped to shreds with two weeks the way she did with the last one, but after a month of wearing it, it did have some small tears. Again, I know my horse is hard on these things.What was disappointing was how easily it stained and even after two washing, it still looked kind of nasty.For a mid-priced sheet, I guess it was okay.What can I say, it’s a fly sheet. They don’t last. I like the way it fits and is very light but I’ve bought two within two months.First time using a fly sheet. Its thicker then i expected so Im not sure how cool it’ll be in our 100 degree weather. Fit is good. Im not a fan of the velcro behind the front clasp. I wanted to leave it unvelcro’d but decided against it in case the Velcro irritates the skin.Little big for my gelding. He is wearing the 87". Tail part is pretty long. He does not fit in the 84 so I have to buy bigger. But it works. Seems well made. Day 1- Will update if anything happens.Horse is a Quarter Horse- 16hh and thick.One week after I got the sheet it was filthy and ripped. We sewed the rip and 2 weeks later it ripped again in a different spot. It's not very durable.I based the sizing off my horses winter blanket and this fit like a glove. Not to mention it’s super cute!Great qualityFabulous
