First of all, 5 stars for being well made. 4 stars for fit. I am on the upper end of the medium "36" - 40" chest limit and it is zipper closed SNUG! 3 stars because do NOT buy this for children or youth as it is not able to keep your head from being face down in the water. You must keep your head tilted slightly back and keep your body straight down in the water, not grasping your knees or flailing around. It is a type 3 personal floatation device. Type 1or 2 are better at keeping your head out of the water. The description should highlight this. However I would buy this again.
