bought it at the end of summer used without the liner. in early october, started using the liner in the jacket with a sweater underneath and was sweating. it was 35 degrees out and with the liner in and a sweater underneath i was perfectly warm. it’s pretty light compared to other jackets i’ve previously bought on amazon and promptly returned for being too bulky. the padding isn’t bulky but feels to be better quality and overall is a very comfortable jacket.
